* We require an existing floor plan with clear dimensions noted. This can be current home plans or a sketch by you. Photos of the space is helpful if possible. Photos of furniture items with dimensions are required for items you want included in the space. A floor plan with an explanation of our decisions will be sent to you after completion. One revision is included. All sales are final.
